Player Nomination: How to Start a Match

Home team can nominate his/her first player or pass the nomination to the visiting team. Player nomination then alternates after that.

Winner's Choice

Players lag with the winner of the lag having the following choice:

Choose the game played-8 ball, 9 ball, or 10 ball-Loser of the lag Breaks
Choose to break - Loser of the lag chooses the game

Races

The race is always the same regardless of the game, 8 ball, 9 ball or 10 ball. Below is the table for which each skill level must race to win a match.

Because league ratings vary from region to region, Starter Ratings are NOT a straight line conversation, but a guideline. Player Skill Levels are always subject to review by the Ratings Committee.
